Day #29 - PRD and Reach
Today was a very productive day for us. Things we did today -
Weekly call with our mentor, Kelsey - We discussed about our progress and work last week. And then we asked her about a few doubts we were facing, which involved running the tessel gitbooks locally. We just didn't go through the README of that repo properly 🙈
Start with ESP32 - We finally started with ESP32, but first configuring the ESP-IDF in our systems. We were stuck for more than three hours, figuring out the port in the OSX platform. Finally, we resorted to installing some extra virtual drivers for ESP32. After trying to compile and run the file again, our program was getting stuck at a particular statement. It still hasn't been resolved. We have approached the Tessel Community to help us with it.
Start with the PRD - We also started working on the PRD for HAP simulatenously. We have made a draft of five sections as of now, and with to add more by this week.
Weekly call with Supervisor - We also had our weekly call with our Supervisor, Vaishali, wherein we discussed our progress so far and the plans ahead. We also decided to take part in a LinuxChix event that will be held soon, where we will describe RGSoC and our work with Tessel.
A lot of problems need to be resolved tomorrow. Phew! Long day ahead.
Till then, Adios.
